We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Clinician to join our team at Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. Our health center is a Federally Qualified Health Center that has been providing quality care to the community since 1968.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care to patients in a weekday outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Lead a team of medical staff to provide patient-centered care
- Build a patient panel to meet your clinical interests
- Enhance your cultural competency by working with a diverse patient population

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care
- Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
