At Eco Three, we're seeking a highly motivated Insulation Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' homes are properly insulated, reducing energy bills and creating a comfortable living space.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insulation installation, preferably with a focus on fiberglass and crawlspace encapsulation. Your expertise will be essential in leading crews and mentoring junior team members. A strong physical presence is required, as you'll be working in challenging environments, often in hot conditions.

Salary: $25-28/hour plus piece rate, depending on your level of experience and production.
