The estimated salary for this position is $18-$20 per hour based on experience, offering a competitive weekly compensation package.

Responsibilities

As a Special Education Paraprofessional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavior management techniques to support students in developing appropriate social skills and behaviors.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating observations to the supervising teacher or team members.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma, with an Associate's degree or higher being preferred.
  • Previous school experience, particularly in special education, is highly valued.
