Position Summary

We are looking for a Logistics and Inventory Specialist who shares our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities (on-site, 7:00am-3:30pm)
  • Scan and manage incoming and outgoing inventory items, ensuring accurate transfer to designated areas.
  • Collaborate with material handlers to fulfill sales orders efficiently.
  • Maintain updated records of inventory status in both our system and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare installation packets for distribution and shipping from our warehouse.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organized and tidy, optimizing space as needed.
  • Conduct weekly inventory assessments and compile reports.
  • Monitor and update the status of shipments, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Keep track of critical inventory levels and assist management in maintaining balance across components.
  • Work closely with various departments, including purchasing, production, and technical support, to streamline operations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime, particularly during early mornings and occasional weekends.
