Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to join our team as Elite In-Home Senior Caregivers. As a caregiver with Align Home Care, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with seniors in their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to seniors in their own homes, including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, and transferring.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation.
  • Document daily care notes and communicate with clients and their families as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements
