Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility in work hours to meet departmental needs, including potential overtime during evenings and weekends. Effective communication is crucial, necessitating the use of collaborative tools and maintaining availability outside of standard hours.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license for operational duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications

Preferred:
- Experience in a Facilities Management context within a higher education setting
- Familiarity with CMMS and Capital Planning systems, particularly Assetworks AiM
- Background in process documentation and Microsoft Office Visio
- Knowledge of SQL and work order management systems
