Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at KBS in Thornton, CO.

As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. This includes cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash and recycling, and performing other general cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, including floors, walls, and windows
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a janitorial or maintenance role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
