Story Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person contact
• Log and label new equipment, handle transfers of equipment, and review inventory and verify asset locations and users
• Manage equipment requests, place orders for necessary items, and coordinate new computer and smartphone setup
• Assist with video conferencing issues, provide training tips or videos, and administer SharePoint
• Coordinate internet connections, install plan table TVs, and provision and de-provision employees in Active Directory
• Liaise with end-users and the Managed Service Provider to ensure seamless communication and support

• Relevant class or work experience
• Systems support experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure is desirable
• Driver's License with good driving record required

The employee will work in conditions of repetitive movement, climbing, reaching, kneeling, bending or twisting, and using hands to lift, push, pull, carry, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally, the employee may be required to crouch and work in awkward positions in installing and deploying technology solutions.
