Position Overview:

  • Provide exceptional support to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Improve residents' well-being through tailored assistance and care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident interactions and care provided.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Follow strict infection control measures to ensure resident safety.
  • Promptly communicate any changes in residents' health status.
  • Respond efficiently to residents' needs and requests.
  • Uphold residents' dignity and confidentiality throughout care processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication with residents, their families, and fellow staff members.
  • Assist residents during social engagements and meal times as required.
  • Exhibit flexibility in performing additional duties related to resident care.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant training program and passing relevant competency assessments.

Physical Requirements:

This position entails physically and mentally demanding responsibilities. Tasks may include lifting weights up to fifty pounds and providing assistance to residents with varying levels of dependency.
