Job Overview

Ventek Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at our integrated materials plant in Eau Claire, WI. This role involves operating and assisting with setup and operation of all Assembly equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and operating procedures are followed, and maintaining good housekeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently operate and assist others with setup and operation of all Assembly equipment.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and operating procedures are followed.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Assist in physical inventory at month end, yearend, and during audits.
  • Ability to handle wood and lift to 50 pounds frequently, stand for an extended period.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and specs.
  • Physical requirement, including but not limited to performing repetitive tasks, perform firm/strong grasping, bending, lifting, stretching, stooping, reaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Being reliable and work independently or with a team.
  • Working in ambient temperatures.
