Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and high-quality service.
• Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the department's budget and ensure financial goals are met through budget development and oversight.
• Protect the brand and asset by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Clear, effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
