About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be cross-trained to perform various functions in different departments to support business and operational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders, and returns
  • Inputting data to prepare reports
  • Providing high-quality internal and external customer service, including communicating with vendors, associates, and locations to resolve disputes and review compliance
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by following all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity
  • Maintaining regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and complying with dress code requirements
  • Maintaining a flexible work schedule and adhering to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, and receive, understand, and proactively respond to direction
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Adept multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments
