Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist PRN to join our team at United Surgical Partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic examinations using x-ray equipment and ensure proper exposure, voltage, and current in accordance with radiation safety procedures.
  • Determine and prepare medical supplies, instruments, and equipment for each examination.
  • Position patients for each anatomical view specified using immobilization and protective devices as required.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to attending medical staff.
  • Monitor accessory equipment and assist attending physicians with fluoroscopic examinations and special radiographic studies.
