Guest Advocate

We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
