We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Strive 360 LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the general upkeep and visual appeal of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to properties, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work.
- Install new appliances and fixtures as needed to maintain a high standard of living for our residents.
- Respond promptly to resident service orders and communicate effectively with residents and property managers.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent costly repairs.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical training in a maintenance-related field.
- Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by required deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to learn and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and blueprints.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
