Job Summary

Innovative The Collier at Naples is seeking a skilled Medication Technician/Resident Care Aide to join our team. As a Medication Technician/Resident Care Specialist, you will work closely with our Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director to ensure that resident care goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, assistance, and support to all residents
  • Work together with the Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director to ensure resident care goals are being met
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Medication Technician or Resident Care Aide (preferred)
  • FL Medication Technician Certificate (preferred)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening

Work Environment:

This job position requires moderate physical demands, including frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and pushing/pulling during work.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Part-time and full-time positions available
  • Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
  • Holidays and rotating weekends
