Responsibilities

The Sleep Center Director is responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, testing, scoring, and data management;
  • SUPERVISING AND DEVELOPING DIRECT REPORTS TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY PATIENT CARE AND EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE DELIVERY;
  • COLLABORATING WITH PHYSICIANS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATION OF THE SLEEP CENTER;
  • MANAGING FACILITY MAINTENANCE, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES;
  • ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ACCREDITATION STANDARDS AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
