Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a key member of our MedSurg-Surgical department, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication methods.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support or BLS certification.
