Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture for patients and their families.
- Participate in shared governance and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or BSN degree.
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Women & Newborn Care Unit.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
