Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Line Cook to join our team at Flavors of the Phoenician Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including cleaning and cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, and snacks
  • Work with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Wash and clean kitchen utensils and equipment, and store them properly at the end of shifts
  • Ensure kitchen operations meet food safety standards and regulations

Requirements
  • At least one year of cooking experience
  • Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong organization and active listening skills
