Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for a Hospital Medicine role. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage patient admissions and discharges effectively.
