Job Title: Dining Experience Ambassador

The Lambs Farm restaurant team is seeking a compassionate and professional Server to join our unique dining experience. Our ideal candidate will combine a passion for food service with the patience and empathy needed to work alongside and support our diverse staff.

We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent communicator, but also able to create an inclusive and supportive work environment. As a member of our team, you will warmly welcome guests, guide them through their dining experience, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu and daily specials.

You will be responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks with proper timing and presentation, and anticipating guest needs to respond proactively to requests. You will also be required to upsell when appropriate to enhance the guest's experience and increase sales, process payments accurately and efficiently, and collaborate with and mentor team members with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications:
* Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
* Previous restaurant experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays (up to 30 lbs)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
* Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
* Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
* Basic computer skills: Accurate typing, proficient in navigating websites, entering and recalling data, using word processors and spreadsheet software, managing emails, and familiar with digital communication etiquette and techniques
* Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hiring)

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
