The Revenue Cycle Quality Training Analyst plays a crucial role in the enhancement of training initiatives across the organization. This position is tasked with the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive training programs aimed at ensuring compliance and quality assurance within the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training modules for new hires, refresher courses, and system training.
- Conduct special projects focused on quality improvement and compliance training.
- Perform ongoing evaluations of registration personnel, utilizing quality analysis and testing methods.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hospital leadership and administrative teams.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Capacity to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with Cerner Revenue Cycle Systems is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare financial data and revenue cycle processes.
