El Super is seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team in the bakery department. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating high-volume cakes and desserts using standardized recipes and performing other related preparation and sanitation duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate cakes and desserts using standardized recipes and techniques.
- Work under the direct supervision of a Bakery Manager to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
- Perform heavy lifting and other physical requirements as necessary.
- Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
