Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead our innovative projects and drive technical excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and the ability to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet our clients' complex business needs.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing ServiceNow configurations and customizations, with a focus on IT Service Management processes. They will work closely with our clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations to meet client requirements
  • Analyze business needs and develop technical requirements for ServiceNow implementation
  • Lead the development of ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow
  • Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.)
  • Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
  • Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
