Lead Electrical Superintendent Role

The Electrical Superintendent III F plays a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects. As a leader on site, they are responsible for managing teams of workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Job Responsibilities- Promote and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Manage a combination of two or more Leadmen, Foremen, and Superintendent I, and up to 60 or more employees
- Supervise overall direction, coordination, performance, and evaluation of sub-contractors
- Maintain a well-organized receiving system
- Prepare accurate two-week look-ahead
- Perform all types of job layouts with the latest technology
- Communicate effectively to employees in oral and written form
- Licensed Electrical Journeyman (Alaska State or from a Reciprocating State)
- Five (5) years' experience/knowledge or combination of experience and education in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines
