Position Overview
The Warehouse Loader plays a vital role in our logistics operations by ensuring that store merchandise is accurately loaded onto trailers and that returns are processed efficiently. This position involves various responsibilities, including checking orders and organizing merchandise for transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and load store merchandise onto trailers.
  • Remove and palletize store returns, empty trays, and other materials from incoming trailers.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to operate motorized material handling equipment and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Normal vision (natural or corrected).
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

The typical pay range for this position is competitive and based on various factors such as experience and education.
