Job Description

As a Caregiver Advocate, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in daily living activities, such as personal and health management, communication, self-advocacy, meal planning, and housekeeping. You will also participate in the development of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Planning Team meetings.


You will promote client inclusion through meaningful community activities, assist in developing friendships and relationships with peers, and maintain high standards of health, sanitation, and safety in clients' homes. Additionally, you will transport clients in company vehicles as required and perform other duties to provide excellent customer service.
