Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments, to inform treatment decisions.
- Establish and implement speech therapy treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in speech therapy.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program or equivalent education.
- Licensed in the State of Florida as a Speech Therapist.
- Two years of clinical experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization's requirements.
