Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

• Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to patients, guiding them through their cannabis journey and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Assist patients in selecting the right products and dosages, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry developments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as required.
