The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Developing and analyzing financial models, valuations, and return analyses for various investment targets
- Leading due diligence processes to ensure thorough evaluation of investment prospects
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of existing investment portfolios
- Collaborating with the team on operating and portfolio company work to drive value creation
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably with a middle market bank or elite boutique
- A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
- Exceptional financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to create complex financial models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, technology, industrials, manufacturing, consumer, or retail
