As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for patients and families, maintaining a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses and the Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health-Des Moines.
- Collaborate with other care givers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in the RN Residency program for newly licensed nurses with less than six months of acute RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- Completion of residency program within the first 12 months of employment.
- Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work.
- Ability to write, read, comprehend, and speak fluent English.
