Daytime Janitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Daytime Cleaner to join our team at Planet Fitness of Succasunna. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our club, providing an exceptional experience for our members.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
• Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow our Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work third shift (overnight) is required.
• Honesty and a strong work ethic are necessary.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
