Caregiving Specialist

As a Direct Care Professional with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. We offer competitive pay rates, starting at $14 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Our average rate of pay is $14 per hour, with higher rates available for experienced caregivers. We also provide paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

Our benefits package includes Harvard Pilgrim Health insurance, Delta Dental Insurance, and paid earned sick time after 90 days. We also offer bonus programs for Paid Time Off and recognize and reward great work on many different levels.
