Job Summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes - Summerville Dishwasher/Utility Employee plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dishwashing and Sanitization: Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner, adhering to all company standards.
  • Sanitization Monitoring: Monitor sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Gather and remove garbage, sweep, and mop floors, and clean floor drains.
  • Workstation Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
  • Supply Management: Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
