  • Manage all front desk operations, which include:

    • Conducting tours for potential members.
  • Facilitate necessary updates to member accounts.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and health is essential.
  • Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality are critical.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Strong listening skills, capable of empathizing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, utilizing appropriate language and behavior.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Regular verbal communication in person or over the phone.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • May encounter hazardous materials during the shift.
