  • Expedite backorders and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Assist with pulling inventory and preparing shipments

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales and service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems and industrial products
  • High School Diploma or GED
