Salary:
$130,000 - $160,000 annually

About Us:


Our firm specializes in providing trial representation in insurance defense cases for corporations and insurance providers, as well as serving as litigation counsel in civil disputes for businesses and individuals.

With access to over 40 attorneys and more than 100 support staff across multiple offices, we effectively manage and resolve claims, investigate insurance fraud, and represent clients in trials or appeals.


Our expertise encompasses a wide range of insurance defense issues, including bodily injury, homeowners' claims, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, premises liability, PIP/no-fault claims, uninsured motorist cases, fraud investigations, coverage disputes, and much more. We are currently seeking a commercial litigator for our Miami and surrounding areas.

What You Bring

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation within a dynamic environment.
Outstanding communication skills and a dedication to client advocacy.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and strive for excellent results.
