Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at L. Rose Recruiting. As a crucial member of our service department, you will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement optimal repair solutions in a clean, safe, and state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work with efficiency and precision, adhering to industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning.
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for necessary repairs.
  • Communicate diagnoses and repairs clearly to service advisors and customers, ensuring a smooth and informative process.
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving automotive technologies by participating in formal training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with domestic brands (GM, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Jeep, Cadillac, GMC, Lincoln, Ram, Buick).
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment, such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Diesel experience.
  • GM certification is a plus.
