We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team at CV Resources. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions, as well as experience managing payroll for both US and Canadian employees.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex payroll operations and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Handle payroll processing, data entry, calculations, and reporting with accuracy using UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions.
    • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes, including US and Canadian payrolls.
  • System Administration:
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions, providing expert guidance on system functionality, reporting, and troubleshooting.
    • Address and resolve any system-related issues promptly, working closely with the IT department to implement system updates and improvements.
  • Compliance and Audits:
    • Ensure that payroll practices comply with all relevant federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations in both the US and Canada.
    • Manage payroll audits and rectify discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Assess and enhance payroll processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
    • Develop and document best practices and procedures for payroll management.
    • Provide training and support to payroll staff and key stakeholders on payroll operations and UKG systems.
