About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform all patient exams with the highest degree of skill, utilizing radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CAT scan equipment and protocol to consistently obtain images that demonstrate diagnostic levels of radiographic density, contrast, and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic fixed equipment, as well as the standard C-Arm under both sterile and non-sterile conditions.
  • Produce the expected levels of production (volume) at reasonable speeds and on schedule.
  • Utilize all radiation protection/shielding procedures for patients and staff, and properly attend to the physical safety of patients and staff.
  • Assure all areas are clean and orderly, and supplies are maintained for all exams and procedures.
  • Provide all services to patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Utilize departmental and hospital information systems as necessary for patient care.
Requirements
  • Equal to the completion of a two-year AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and one year of clinical training in CAT scanning techniques in a Joint Commission Accredited facility.
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice in this state.
  • Must be registered and certified by the ARRT in both radiology and CT.
