Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team at Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as outlined in their individualized service agreements.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the nurse manager to ensure residents receive the highest level of care, reporting any changes in condition or concerns.
  • Assist with treatments and activities as delegated by the Registered Nurse, ensuring residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Document resident interactions, service schedules, and other relevant information to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in long-term care or assisted living residence (preferred)
  • Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)
  • Ability to make responsible choices and decisions, acting in the best interests of residents.
