The Role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who will create a unique experience for our customers. You'll identify their needs, demonstrate our products, and provide outstanding service. You'll also be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, processing POS transactions, and ensuring store standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide exceptional customer service
  • Offer additional financing options and educate customers on promotional offerings
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and protect company assets
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance overall customer experience
  • Ensure store standards are met, including merchandising, marketing, and store cleanliness
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
