Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - CVICU will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Implement care plans, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.
- Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a critical care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
