Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Schematic Designer to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and revising electrical schematic and layout prints, and assembly drawings for new and existing cabinets, controllers using AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical schematic and layout prints, and assembly drawings for new and existing cabinets, controllers using AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team in electrical design and project coordination.
  • Complete as-built drawings from field mark-ups as part of project closeout package.
  • Support the engineering team with drawing set-up, preliminary drafting, and layout.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree, Technical Drafting degree, or two years of AutoCAD experience.
  • Competence in Microsoft and other office application software.
  • Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create/modify models and drawings based on daily expectations while maintaining quality of work.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and share workload as needed to provide quality customer support.
