About the Role
We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team at Horizon Technologies. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for performing service/support tasks, analyzing and troubleshooting errors, configuring and administering systems, and conducting user trainings.

  • Performing service/support tasks to ensure smooth system operation
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting errors to identify and resolve issues
  • Configuring and administering systems to meet business needs
  • Conducting user trainings to ensure effective system usage
  • Preparing documentation to support system maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and common PC hardware/software components
  • Programming skills advantageous
  • Good language skills in German and English
