We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team at Sutter Health. As a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage the medical care of patients in collaboration with physicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Current NP certification and licensure in the state of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 5 years of recent experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records and computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer and offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. The salary range for this role is $88.39 to $128.15 per hour, and the position requires a full-time schedule with 40 hours per week.
