About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying and meeting their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, achieving targets and driving business growth
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
