Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a renowned school district in Helena, Arkansas to find an exceptional Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to students from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive insurance and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will also receive a W-2 classification and weekly pay, as well as a matching 401(k) plan.

This is an itinerant position, serving five schools within the district. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, an active OT license in the state, and experience with IEP meetings.
