We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaborately with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  3. Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
  4. Maintain current knowledge of nursing best practices, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements.
  • More than 3+ years of nursing experience.
  • Current AHA BLS certification.
  • Unit-specific certification requirements.
